WARRANTY
Top Open Box products are covered by a 2 month warranty period, unless otherwise stated (including warranty exclusions) under the individual product listing.
Each item has been tested and ‘enhanced’ by our refurbishing experts :
- ALL components are carefully dusted and cleaned
- Any remaining data on the device is completely wiped/removed
- All parts are thoroughly inspected and replaced if necessary
- Performance and functionality are methodically checked and tested
To obtain service under this limited warranty policy, product must be returned and received within the stated warranty period. An RMA number must also be issued before a return can be processed. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless incorrect order OR the item is not as described in the original listing, such as the functionality or quality of the item.
Any damages or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of receiving product, otherwise return/refund may not be granted.
BATTERIES:
unlike most other companies who do not provide warranty on laptop Batteries, we provide working batteries with all laptops (unless otherwise specifically mentioned) we also provide warranty on the batteries itself, all laptop batteries are tested warranted to hold charge for minimum 60 minutes when fully charge (unless otherwise stated in the description of product)
SOFTWARE:
In general warranty does not include software and we do not provide software support, software issues any time after DOA period would not be covered, specially issued such as configuring networks, internet connections, installing new software, software crashed, etc.
SHIPPING
- An order shipment(s) is usually completed within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. However, on occasion handling time may vary, due to order volume or special considerations specific to the item(s) purchased.
- For protection purposes, we can only ship to the verified shipping address provided to us through your transaction. We cannot ship to an alternate shipping address provided to us after a purchase has been completed.
- Shipping, handling, delivery, taxes, applicable tariffs and any other applicable charges associated with the purchase are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Top Open Box's liability for damage or breakage on the shipment will be limited to the coverage provided by the carrier’s terms and conditions. Additional insurance coverage for the full value of the product may be purchased when placing your order. The appropriate request should be made when submitting order request.
- Tracking information will be email to you once product has been shipped.
RETURNS
- We offer a 7 day return policy for damaged and incorrect orders, unless otherwise specified.
- To ensure a full refund, item(s) must be unused and returned in the same condition as received. It must be shipped using original packaging and include all accompanying items (literature, accessories etc.) If any item(s) is missing, the return may be rejected with no refund granted.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is not as described in the listing.
- To request a return, please contact [email protected] ; you will be issued a RMA number and be guided through our return procedure.
- A notification will be sent once returned item has been received with refund status pending. If approved, refund will be processed and returned using the original method of payment.
- Non-defective products are subject to a 15% fee.
